Just 5 days after being traded to the Buffalo Sabres, Cody Hodgson returned to Rogers Arena to face his former team. Buoyed by a quick start, the Buffalo Sabres defeated the Vancouver Canucks 5 - 3.

Zack Kassian, the player that Hodgson was traded for, had a monster game tallying a goal, an assist, and 7 hits in just under 11 minutes of ice-time. Also, David Booth (my favourite player) had a strong game, scoring 2 of the team's 3 goals.

As you will see from the interviews, fans in Vancouver are split on the trade. One thing's for certain: fans will be keeping their eye on both of these players and on future match-ups between these 2 teams.
