career .920 save percentage and a relationship with Ian Clark says yes, but its all about the term. If he's looking for something like an 8 year deal it could be crippling down the road if he doesn't work out. 

It's all about the term. He had some injury troubles in the past, wouldn't be a stretch to say it might be a problem again in his mid-30's.

 

If he was willing to take bigger money on shorter-term ($11M x 2 years?), then hell yeah I'd sign him.

Yeah good point. I would 2-3 years max...but would he sign here?

Probably not...but it very much depends on what others are offering.
