I like the jerseys....

The only thing i dont like is the lack of colour on the orca on the home jersey.....

He's in Montreal. I sure he will be using the same vintage pads/mask as last year. But it would be cool if he got a new mask

what a waste, those jerseys are nasty, as I knew they would be. Last years looks so much better. Ugly vintage colors. I hate that gross ass green, it totally clashes with the blue. and now the orca symbol looks gay. Look, I could have taken a s*** that looks better, and it cost a million dollars to design it? What a waste of money, a two year old could have designed it with cut and paste.

I like everything but the wordmark being so big. Unfortunatley that ruins the jersey for me. That being said, I will still end up buying one because I support my favorite team.

Wow they really dropped the ball with these jerseys, they're terrible, total downgrade. Why does it say VANCOUVER, so big above the logo.

That's what pre-teens and mid-teens do, unfortunately the organization didn't launch them next wednesday when everyone was at school.

if you were to read his OP rather than simply skimming it and creating your own take. He said people such as yourself might eventually grow to not hate it as much... He says nothing about loving it. It's a jersey, it looks good if you play well in it.

I think the organization did well adopting the vintage color scheme, the wordmark is a little much, but as one poster mentioned earlier; canucks fans abroad may be a little more fond of the vancouver stamp than those of us who live here. On the whole, I like it. I do hope they left a little room to fine tune it in the future though, maybe shrink the wordmark, or phase it out entirely at some point. I'm hoping it's more of a transitional workmark, linking the styles as one just to familiarize people with the new branding for a year or two...

when do they start selling? and what are the chance of getting them outside of vancouver (besides through ebay) by xmas?

I like them...not too keen on "Vancouver" being on them, makes it look like a generic jersey you'd get off the street. But I'm sure it'll grow on me.

I don't see why so many people were upset. It looked exactly like that picture someone kept posting, and everytime someone posted it there would be two or three people who chimed in to say how sweet it looked and to comment on how that should be their next jersey.

Don't like them. The VC's look too much like the Montreal logos.

The jersey is alright, a little different from what I excpected though.

I was a little shocked with Vancouver written across it at first but looking at the jersey for a second time I dont mind it, think I will save up and go buy one.

I keep looking at them, and I just can't get past the "backwards" feel. The big letters are supposed to go on the back.

Colours are great, obviously, i think EVERYONE agrees on that. Not too keen on the rest, but at the end of the day... who cares!!! As long as the team plays well and we get some good hockey I couldnt care less what their uniforms look like.
