I started doing 10 minutes Aerobics and I tell you, it is not at all easy as it looks. I got fever the next day. I didn't stop there, I continued the second, third and fourth day also. Now I don't feel tired and I am ready to stretch my exercise duration.

Yo guys, I saw my pictures (two months old). I was so fat and out of shape before starting the cardio. I think I have lost about 10 Kg in two months.

I had similar schedule a month ago and I also used to get exhausted after 2PM. I changed my schedule. Sometimes, your body is not meant to take so much pressure and you end up being low in energy. I recommend you drink chicken soup and eat white part of eggs everyday. That may give you some more boost to go along a little longer.

It depends upon the type of gloves you wear for the workouts. I used to wear normal wool/cloth gloves so that I might not get blisters in my hand because of weight-lifting. I was saved of blisters but compromised with grip. I feel good with thin leather gloves. That provide both grip as well as protection against blisters.

May be you're short of Vit D. I had this problem few months back, had exact the same type of pain in my both shoulders. It used to feel like if I take long stretching then the pain would subside. I started taking Vit D with Calcium supplements and the problem supressed to 99%. I'm not a doctor so please don't take my advice in that way. It is better if you get yourself checked up by a doctor if problem does'nt go.

I'm going to do a heavy weight lifting (starting with the light weight for two weeks and then increasing it). I won't eat fat, sugary drinks or any junk food like pizza or burger. My target is to lose 5 Kg within a month.
