      have you even watched a game with Lack in net. Other than the one blip on his resume this season he has been solid - excellent.

      Lack has had a few blips but only since he's become the 'starter'. While he was the backup, he was lights out. Look at the St. Louis games. He just needs to get accustomed to the grind of playing every game at the NHL level, and he needs a better defence in front of him.

      Being the actual starter is an interesting theory. There have been goalies in the past who posted strong numbers as back ups but never could replicate it as a starter.

    On the bright side, Henrik finally scored. Would rather see us tank the rest of the year and get a higher draft pick than finish 9th in the west. Team needs some drastic changes in the offseason, start off with firing Gillis, trading Kesler, buying out Booth. Time for the young guys to make the team next year. Time for a full re-build..(hopefully Tortorella is patient with the rookies).

    At the end of the day, who really even cares. Way more important things going on the world right now than hockey. Torts gets fired, so what. he can join the other 8% of adults in Canada. Everyone so concerned about Kesler getting traded/not traded though at the end of the day he still makes 5 million a year, more than 99% of the world's population. So the Canucks lose a game, well there's someone down on Hastings street who just died of a drug overdose and nobody cares.
