My cat meows off and on from 3am-7am. Any advice how to stop this??! We just moved, and I've tried calm treats, some de-stress spray and plug-in, and feeding her at 3am. Noise cancellation thing, something to distract her?

My cat sleeps in the bedroom with me. She sleeps right beside me with her own pillow. She's 11 1/2, and is like my baby. I adore her except for the meowing. She even has a favorite hockey team. She perks up when the Canadiens come on. I will try not to feed her at 3am. I bought a noise cancellation thing, hopefully that helps with the de-stress plug-in and spray.
