    Hockeyfeed (don't know how reliable a source this is) is reporting that Rogers wants to cut costs next season and that Ron McLean may be out. Be still my beating heart. Now if only they canned Simpson and Galley, my perfect circle of happiness would be complete.

      I’d love for Luke Gazdic to get a role with Sportsnet. Guy is such a great personality, and is incredibly professional. Love his podcasts

       

      i also don’t have a problem with Simpson. He’s definitely a Leafs Homer but he’s incredibly insightful most of the time.

    So police confirmed that 2 suspicious packages found on Monday and Tuesday in town were both pipe bombs..both in the name neighborhood just above me almost.

    Great news...Esther Wang, teen missing from her group hike, has been found alive after 2 days of searching!

    Medical clinics in Vancouver are a joke

      My fiancé has been suffering from panic attacks for the past 5 months and she hasn’t been able to see a psychiatrist. They told her they referred her to Vancouver mental health and we called them and no referral has been sent. We called the clinic and asked them wtf happened to our referral. They say it’s been sent months ago. So we don’t know where the referral has been, and the ER is a joke for patients (4-5 hour wait times) suffering from panic attacks unless they’re having chest pains. 


      A friend of mine gave me a contact to a shady psychiatrist who gives benzos prescriptions for $150. Makes my blood boil every time I send that e-transfer but she needs Ativan or she can’t functionn

    Trent Frederic is a good 3C option. Really good defensive forward. Unlikely to sign with Boston.

      Boston is afraid to qualify him because he has arbitration rights. If he wins, he gets paid $4M+ and Bruins can’t afford that. 
       

      We can offer him a longer term contract such as 4 years x $2.5M as our 3C. He’s only 25 years old and fits with the age of the core.

    Daily Hive reporting Ray Ferraro in the mix to be John Garrett's replacement. I would totally support that. It is important to have someone in the position who played the game at the NHL level and Ferraro is always worth a listen on the talk shows. He works between the benches so I wonder if he would do that with Shorty in the booth, or if he'd be in the booth with Shorty.
