I think you're looking at the wrong stats. Crosbys 24 goals 48 assists happened in 53 games!!! 120 points in his second year. Kucherov: 65 points in his second year. Ovechkin: 92 points in his second year. Draisaitl: 51 points in 70 games in his second year. I'm not saying Petey is bad. I'm just stating he is in a massive slump and to deny that is simply wrong. Can he turn it around? Sure, but he is on pace for 41 points at the moment. I guess we'll have to see.
