  1. Nice wallpaper!
  2. Made this for a player sim league Great place to learn how to make graphics. You can also create a player which you can use the graphics as point task to improve your players overall rating. It's great motivation for those looking to get into graphics.

  4. VHL is a player simulation league in which you create your own player and do tasks to improve your player on a weekly basis. The league has it's own branding and original team names. It was established in 2007 and has been around for almost a decade now with no end in site. We are currently in our 54th season. My username is "Frank" on the VHL. The playoffs have just started so the junior draft will be coming up quickly. If you're interested in making signatures you can learn a lot as there are many talented sig makers as well as graphics of other sorts. So what are you waiting for? Create your player now!
  5. On VHL, yes I am.
  6. Was hoping he'd figure it out on his own.
  7. All these bike lanes and you still see people cycling on Granville Street during rush hour. Good thing I don't have to drive in the city during my work day commutes.
  8. This is what happens when you got a bunch of lawyers running NHL teams.
  9. No prospect is "certain". Skating can be a huge issue going pro look at Cole Cassels? Not comparing Tkachuk to Cassels on any level but calling Tkachuk a sure thing is blasphemy.
  10. Juniors probably better for him, don't need to rush defensemen unless he looks superb in pre-season. Especially since it'll only be his second season in North America.
  11. I guess the guy holding the camera did quite a bit of scouting, should of probably listened to his expert opinion.
  12. Went over to HFboards, never again.

The History of Hockey section is also great.

The Prospects section is good for undrafted prospects. As soon as a player gets drafted the thread pretty much goes to $&!#.

The Equipment section used to be good when I was still playing. You could ask a question and there were some really knowledgeable posters who knew their stuff.

Other than that... Maybe the International tournament section isn't bad as the place can be pretty diverse but a tournament is going on. There are Finns, Czechs, Russians, Swedes, Swiss, Latvians. It's really interesting to get their perspective.

Basically anything NHL related is worth staying away from.
