I don't understand why so many Canucks sports guys are upset on Twitter..... basically, we traded Bo, a UFA that we won't be able to keep for Beauvillier, Raty and Hronek.... in terms of cap hits, it's pretty much a wash?? But we are getting 3 young guys that can really help us now!!

and.... not to mention Chychrun is signed for one more season than Hronek.... Dang it.... we could have offered the Coyotes Hoglander, Klimovich plus picks too just so they have more to show to their fans.......

I'd say no to trading Demko... he's still young and capable of bouncing back!! You just can't find a solid young goalie at $5M AAV anywhere these days... unless you wanna roll with Delia and Silovs next season for tanking purposes OR blow $6M+ for a veteran goalie who may or may not be as good as Demko..... so what is the point?? Just focus on trading Boeser plssssssssssssssssssssssss...... I'd be happy with Marcus Petersson and/or Pierre-Oliver Joseph + Samuel Poulin (if we must retain some % of Boeser's salary)

Are Boeser talks heating up for real??? can't wait.... I want him traded instead of JT honestly.... keeping JT around would help our retool... I honestly don't think the ownership wants to strip down for a total rebuild yet

True.... but it'd really suck balls to just have Petey as our top centre and the rest are just meh...... aka Dries/Raty/Aman/Studnicka I smell a long long road ahead to a full rebuild... but I don't mind as long as there are some solid prospects that are close for prime time!!

I don't quite get the logic.. it was Ruthie that signed JT to a massive deal and gave up on Bo.... and now he will most likely have to sacrifice some cap$ by salary retention to offload him.... such a mess.... I don't see any potential FA's we can pick up in summer that's remotely close to JT's calibre though... so we just have to brace for another 2-3 years to see some playoff hockey!

but my worry is, the Pens will make us eat like $2M+ per year..... then it won't be worth it.... unless we are getting 2 real good young players back... are Poulin and Pickering real good?

So... Delia in goal tonight, Dries is our #2 centre...3/4 of our D-men are AHL calibre....... Dallas is smelling blood!!! If all goes to plan, we should be getting smacked around real good.... 6-2 for Dallas tonight!! Let's hope the Hawks and Ducks will get into OT tonight too!!!

Well...................... as much as I hate how JB messed up our spending over the years, I'm kinda leaning towards saying, this one is on Dickie!!! He showed glimpses of a solid 3C so he got paid to perform accordingly.... then his wheels just fell off.... But ya... those Beagle and Roussel deals by JB still stink!!

What is the urgency to get rid of JT unless you're confident we'd get a potential #2 centre in return?? and it would really suck if we had to retain some % of his salary while enabling contendting teams to reap benefits of his production! Boeser needs to go NOW!! he gets paid pretty damn good $ to score goals and it doesn't seem like it'll happen consistently....

So... if it's just a minor injury, are we still getting calls for him?? Honestly, I'd trade Boeser before JT..... it's not that easy to get a #1 power forward that covers both C and W who can put up numbers consistently... if you wanna sign up a younger guy producing the same in the FA market, it'll easily cost $8M+ AAV not knowing the sure fit! Let's hope we'll continue to shed salaries between now and Friday! Let's Goooooooooooooooooooo

Such a wonderful day for Nucks fans!! We were first treated to some Kravtsov excitement, followed by Jackets win + Ducks win + Canucks loss!!! Can't get any better than that!! Now my wish is to see Boeser and Myers traded by TDL!!

Poor kid got lots of speed and physicality... Too bad he lacks the NHL level offensive skills... If Hogz is still stuck in Abby, that tells you how competitive it is now...
