    The fires here in NorCal are so bad that my workplace has been closed the last 3 days due to smoke/poor air quality. We're roughly 60 miles away, for reference.

      @Green Building Good God.  What happened to you people's sense of humour?  I've trolled much harder than this and gotten zero whining about it in the past.

      They ended up closing mt workplace for the duration of this week as well :-( We're expecting some rains starting Wednesday that should help with the flames, but the depleted landscape may give rise to mudslides and flooding.

      All joking aside, that sucks.  Two weeks of no work or pay...  I'm sure you work with people who live paycheque to paycheque.  This is going to hurt them bad.
