I just been flippin mushroom stocks this week; need more destruction to make a splash! Q3 might align with a spike in bankruptcies.

Haven’t had a chance to read all of Suncor’s Q1 report, but dividend will be slashed as expected.

If you were to buy now, theirs a high chance you’ll basically triple your investment in 3 years. More than you’d gain with any of the big banks, including their dividends over that same time. AC is Canada’s flagship carrier and the feds will bail them out no matter what. They’re probably the most well positioned airline in North America.

Yep, potential for decent amount of dividend income eventually. I like it!

Potential for higher return with AC, rather then going with one the big 5 banks.

Just a safe bet --even though airlines are risky, I think people are confident in AC management, cash reserves and government bailing them out. For airlines, I have been following Chorus as well, they've suspended their dividend for now, but if I can make similar gains as I would with AC and potentially gain dividends later I will be making a buy to hold.

Not buying that day still haunts me at night.

Still too high for my liking --considering we did see it hit below $10 in March.

I don’t know enough about them to make a purchase. But I was following HOU.TO for the past few weeks and theirs a lot of shady stuff going on. The amount of changes to the etf and reverse splits. It just seems like a massive gamble at this point for me.

I haven’t researched this market much, but ive heard theirs a Canadian company in the mix with Square, called Lightspeed (LPSD.TO). Check em out if you’re interested.

Trying to time the markets a fool’s errand, when I’m really starting to realize now. Theirs plenty blue chip stocks at half value still, so either way theirs money to be made if you plan to hold. The fundamentals don’t seem to be aligning with the increases in price; I plan to keep a close eye on the next few quarterly reports to see how the market responds. If I end up buying high, I’ll live with it and average down. I just don’t want to have missed an excellent opportunity to make more than I have now. I think Air Canada’s Q1 release is May 4. Suncors Q1 release is May 6.

Pacific standard time. He’s just a workhorse, seems like he never sleeps and we have deadlines. I’m usually up early, so I’ll just check through the list of messages and get what I need done. He knows I ain’t waking up from sleeping to get something done. We’ve got a bit more on our plate now cause of this covid stuff. But I can’t complain, just happy I still have a job.
