Proposal to NHLPA RE: Rookie Season
VancouverIteinSanDiego replied to Snapshot85's topic in General Hockey Discussion
I'm gonna disagree and say NHLPA would be for it as they are there to help their base, and a players making $60000+ plus in salary vs what in CHL. To get the CHL to change their agreement is money, and that's NHL vs CHL, A NHL team wants full control over their draft picks it's what European soccer clubs have, they decide if the players is called up on first squad, second or loanded out. Since they "own" the player. I would want my draft picks to play where beat development, if I think that's CHL, SHL, or CHL should be managements job -

Vasily Podkolzin | #92 | RW
VancouverIteinSanDiego replied to GoldenAlien's topic in Prospects / Farm Team
If he is practing with those too players that's good, it's like the European socce model call up young guy sits in bench practices all the time with the top players. On XM radio I'm pretty sure this summer they interviewed a Canadian playing in KHL and one of th adjustments was two practices a day lol good ole ruskies -
having the CBA be a Net Salary cap [ Or Take home pay] and not Gross Salary to balance out no tax states. My Cousin husband who was working in Europe, when asking about pay he told me his take home is $$$ and the company worries about the tax calculation. I know teams like Montreal, Toronto and NYR would be all for this as they could afford.

Introducing the 2019-2020 Canucks Power Play (Discussion)
VancouverIteinSanDiego replied to J.I.A.H.N's topic in Canucks Talk
Listening to NHL radio on satellite, they were talking how the power play has been shifting to a 5 forward PP, with Hughes that's almost like 5 forwards, and I would put a secind D on our power play if they have a Sami Salo shot outside of that you are gonna pass it around until a shot is open -

To be fair this is all agents, the players.dint negotiate except tell agent I don't wanna play in this city Anymore Look at Timo contract with that 4th year 10million salary.that isn't the.players that's all a smart agent. And if I was a agent talking to the.team saying hey you don't wanna pay.my.guy a bad 28-35yr old over paid contract pay the young guy what he is worth
