Something is going on with ALT.. I know they have something in the pipeline but the buying today was very very irregular. Heavy buys but no price movement, it's being held down.. I may buy 500 shares just to see if something happens, whatever it is I doubt it's bad... Keep this one on your watch list...

AirBnB.. 110B market cap for a company thats gonna do under 2B this year... Amazing...

The best current team without a merging partner is AJAX, good place to park some money.. Former CEO's and Co-Founders of Chipotle, Square, Instagram and 23AndMe. The units split sometime next week, you should be able to get Class A shares for around $10 which is my goal. We're all screwed, launching at $150 a share, just horrific pricing... I'm staying clear of both for the reasons you mentioned..

My Oh My.. I don't think I will be buying AirBnB till after their next earnings call... I will stay away out of the gate.. There is broke and there there is AirBnB.. These guys have no money, will have no money and likely won't be profitable ever... Here is some clips from the S1. I especially like they part where they basically admit they're using the money on hookers and blow and you can't do anything about it... Edit: Oh, and they're 2B in debt with that likely to grow to 3B. They had 1 profitable year in 2018 where they made 18M while doing 3.6B in revenue.

I find it interesting that ARKK dropped 20,000 shares of SPLK (first time she's ever sold SPLK) the day prior to bad earnings. Saved her company almost 1M... Coincidence or knowledge ?

I never make it that far.. I'll tell you something though. Salesforce is very very high on my watch list, been looking for a nice entry for a while.. If after the first 6 months no partner has been found then the warrants naturally fizzle away till they die or find a partner. We all only tend to chase the big management teams who find partners quickly.
