The thing is that EP40 started this season so brilliantly that the expectation is unbelievably high. No one can match the speed of the plays or even get a FRIKKIN pass on the blade because they didn’t see it coming. So yeah, plugs is the correct word

I saw him live at his 4 point game against Färjestad, basically on his head and knees the entire game. The dominance is unheard of in Swedish rookie history.

EP40 being picked 5th overall - WTF?! EP40 being #1st in points in mid-season SHL - he cant keep this up because of WJC and lucky streak EP40 wins SHL in points, best +\-, second in scoring - SHL is worse than ever and the big rink makes it easier. Good job though EP40 dominates the playoffs - Still SHL kinda sucks EP40 winning 134 awards in 1 season - Need to start in AHL cause of size EP40 not winning face-offs - AHL Quinn Hughes playing alright against university team boys(???) - Only God can stop this guy from becoming the next Lidstrom. Im kinda new to this forum but some of you are pretty mental.. :D

This is a hilarious thread Hughes will probably be a good D-man but comparing him to Dahlin isnt fair. I hope Hughes will have a great year in NCAA and the development goes as planned! We need that for sure

A lot of talk about Pettersson playing with Rakell and Zibanejad at the WC. That would be an amazing top line. Pettersson should play a top 6 roll, can’t see him playing in a ”watch and learn” line. Unless youre Sidney Crosby or Patrick Kane, you need top players to lift your game significantly.

Obviously Dahlin is going to be a great player and all but this year he is not the best U20 player in the SHL. People are getting stiff pants just because he is going to be #1 draft this summer.
