    Latest on Quinn Hughes contract, hearing 8 mill but not the term, hope it's for 7 years or so if that's the case. Last week it was a 6.95 mill deal at 5 years, sounds like price jumped bigtime and they're going back and forth, very fluid situation, also still nothing on Elias Pettersson contract

    I honestly don’t think I’ve seen any Canuck/ex-Canuck more overrated than Stecher and I was a fan during the Mason Raymond days.

      Yeah but Benn's in WPG now and Troy has one year left (and yes, that matters) + they're not really comparables to begin with.

      Agree, he's likable but at best a 3rd pairing D with a small frame, and you can get that cheaper than 1.7 mil + he doesn't really fit our timeline as a #6-7D. Big heart though and as mentioned really easy to like.
