  1. At least he didn't take a penalty. (like some people I know) lol
  2. Chevron just baled from the Kitimat LNG project that was supposed to be a sure thing. And then there was one, Shells LNG Canada still going ahead so far.
  3. The earth has cooled three straight years now. We've done nothing but burn more oil.
  4. I think diesel owners will be, or are going to be, going through the same thing again because ships will soon be required to use a diesel like fuel instead of bunker crude. I guess there's nuclear options now that aren't dangerous.
  5. Things are working perfectly then. The answer is to buy an electric car. That's what the carbon tax is for. Make energy costs so high that electric cars are a worthwhile option. The even bigger problem is electricity costs will then go up too. Way up. We will never get back to cheap transportation.
  6. I found the replay. Gaud did not jump out of the way. Puck went under his leg. Shame on me.
  7. Yes. That was a real eye opener. Sadly. Oh. Gaudette jumped out of the way of the tieing goal instead of blocking it at the point. Or was I imagining it?
  8. Oh! We have a sabre fan here. Just let me drop everything and give you a summary of the last 15 pages. lol. \ eh...your team looks good but they lost. There ya go.
  9. lol. When Tram gets here I'll happily bring this back.
  10. I'm actually shocked that this is not a mainstream opinion here. I don't believe it. I will search to find some Edler bashing. It's got to be here. But note that I think he is still useful. Oh I get it. You know we'd get nothing for Edler in a trade. You had me going there. lol
  11. Absolutely. Aren't there many here who don't even want Edler on the team? I'm not one of them, but he is a fossil. Every shift could be his last and he is looking very pylon like more and more. Someone needs to tell Edler there is no such thing as a good penalty in the NHL anymore. Just let the frickin guy go. lmao.
  12. I wouldn't trade Quinn for him. I would trade any of the others.
  13. True, very high expectations. In fact, I think He was pretty much better than the rest when he was a rookie. lol. Sorry, but that's how I remember it. I was happy when he was on the ice. He made some mistakes but nothing more than the others and certainly way less than our new free agent.
  14. I expect him to be the best Dman on our team within a few weeks after his return. Surprised no one else does. (Quinn doesn't count)
  15. I think you have it exactly wrong. All the MSM is the same, right down to use the same adjectives to describe events. It's like 1984. Social media is the only place to get any non partisan input. Even that is getting harder and harder to find.
  16. I dont get the 3 part of the KB? lol Oh, it was ok to trade Burr, imo.
  17. So the pipeline construction is finally going to start. It's good and I think it will calm a lot of nerves in Alberta. I'm also quite satisfied to see so many (most) of BCers are supportive of it, including posters on CDC. It is too bad energy east and gateway couldnt be approved so the whole country could flourish, but this small move will keep the status quo, which is not terrible.
  18. He was ROH material before the dragon was slayed. The best clutch player we've had ever.
  19. Too bad Erickson took that penalty. Pete was pepped to play with him. Swedes. lol
