The Canucks' passing is also terrible. They have the time to look before passing; however, they seem to just see a flash of blue and shoot the puck in that direction.

I am dumb founded that a group of NHL caliber players could have such poor passing skills during a game. Vagas can have a 70% passing success rate while the Canucks, as a team, sit at around 35% with successful passes. This percentage pretty much matches their coming off the boards with possession of the puck. these two factors will cost the Canucks their series with Vagas.

If the Canucks do not improve on their passing skills and battling for the puck along the boards, their playoff run is going to end very quickly. Out of 36 pass attempts they were successful on 29%. Their battle for the puck along the boards was only 16%. Not a playoff quality skill level.
