I cant believe this right now. Ive been on these forums since before the date it shows here even when they redid all the message boards i was actually here since the 98 or 99 around there My dream back then was to see David Lee Roth back in Van halen. In 2001 i was lucky and won a global contest on David Lee Roths website for picking the best Van Halen/DLR setlist and i won the first six cds remastered and two of them signed by DLR in 2003 i jumped at the chance to see David Lee Roth solo at the Orpheum and was a great show. Van Halen hadnt done anything since 1998 with Gary Cherone at this time First we got Sammy back and i jumped at the chance to see eddie and the boys in concert in 2004 on the floor at the Coliseum. I had moved to Vernon in 2004 and had to take a taxi to Kelowna last minute (i didnt know if id be able to go and managed tickets) and flew down to van, then took a bus with all my luggage to the Coliseum from YVR, it was quite comical to the security team whom allowed me to store my luggage there for the concert. Little did i know just 3 years later Dave would be back and id be sitting at GM place on the floor as well. It was soldout in less than an hour. Most amazing concert ive ever seen and ive seen Bob Dylan, Van Morrison and Joni Mitchell in the same venue, Metallica and many others and this was the best. I finally got my biggest wish one day tho, a new Van Halen album with dave in 2012. By then i had been back in Coquitlam and took my camaro on empty to the Future Shop at Metrotown which was the only place to have it day one. Somehow made it back home too. 2015 got the live album i wanted with Dave from Tokyo Dome in front of 44,000 people in 2013. Fast forward to 2019 and we were lookin at a Yankee Stadium superband concert featuring Metallica, Reunited Guns’N’Roses, and Van Halen reunited with the original 4 for the first time since 1984. The bad news came, it was cancelled. Not much was said. Then the rumors of Eddies health came through but that he could most likely win this thing. the Canucks used Van Halen for the goal song in 2019-2020 and was an amazing thing and had hope it was a sign things may be looking up for Eddie Then over the last 72 hours while im totally unaware and most fans were unaware if not all, Eddie was fighting for his life. I literally have used this handle “vanhalendlrband” since the 90s just about everywhere you can imagine. It was music before my time but it became my music after Kurt Cobain died and we were all heartbroken from that and thats when i started listening to Van Halen, even bought a guitar and learned everything i could. Today is a sad day for everyone and especially his son Wolfie. I just can’t believe this is real.

It will just merge like telus does now from my remote i can watch Youtube, Netflix or Crave tv crave is easiest as it doesnt go to a separate app its just in the on demand for telus and they seem to have every old show that exists which i like for some of my old favorites i use my PC for WWE network to watch all the old clips that you cant get on the TV channel so often on there watching shows or PPVs

Crave i get included on my telus PVR and its super easy works great if you have telus cable. Much better than the app and works flawlessly

PC to HDMI. Works great. Looks amazing on my PC, sound is much bettee than tinny ipad phone speakers or pill boxes compared to a true home theater

I never have this issue, i build computers. PC to TV is awesome with a good GPU. Even better the PC has a good sound card for Dolby Digital or true PCM 5.1. Cant be beat, i also run Dolby Digital off the cable box with a digital audio cable with the red laser thing. just used a cheap home theater off craigslist for 50 bucks sounds amazing TV all the way for me though, cable or PC. Rabbit Ears is really good these days too, full HD and Dolby Digital too its fantastic for Hockey Night

TV is way better, im a computer guy and an iPhone guy, but no way im replacing my HD and 5.1 Surround sound for a tiny screen

There's a reason why Luo is Captain. He is the leader out there, that's the main thing behind bein a captain. Deal with it or go be a fan of another team.

First of all if they knew anything about hockey to begin with they'd know that the defensive breakdowns the Canucks have been having need to be shored up because no goalie would be able to stop repeated cross crease and cross ice passes like the Blackhawks made in those wins. Does that mean it's over? Not even close. Calgary thought it was over 94, St. Louis thought it was over in 95 and 2003. I remember sitting around tellin everyone I know that the Canucks will comeback in 2003, in fact I probably have saved post's on this site from 2003 stating the same thing. Regardless, if you're the type of person that gives up on your team before it's over then don't come back next year, and don't come back after our comeback either. You are now former fans of our great team the Vancouver Canucks.

Ryan Shannon, our defense, Pavol Demitra, the Sedins, Bernier, and Roberto Luongo. If Mats Sundin wants a cup, he's gonna have to come here to get one. Detroit will not do it again, Montreal will most definitely not they're the the new Ottawa. Mats Sundin come here you'll love it when you're holding the cup 2 years straight and a medal at the olympics.
