My wife always says housing should be off limits when it comes to investing or a way to generate incone. Housing should be affordable to all Canadians

Anyway, I'm selling my house and most of my possessions and moving to Abu Dhabi for at least two years. I figure I'll ride things out there until Canada calms the hell down and then maybe I'll move back.
I'm in Calgary too, its stupid. I was reading 25,000 people every 3 months are moving here, its completely unsustainable and thats why its getting so crazy, there isnt close to enough housing here. We're moving to Red Deer, everything is cheaper, housing, gas, insurance.... Good luck to you in Abu, its got to be better there than it is here, this country is going insane

I've been saying for ages that it looked to me like Horvat was the issue, all you have to do is look at the team culture, or lack there of. Looks like management didn't think he was the guy to lead this team to the holy grail, I'm glad this is over and hopefully they can put together a group that will go through hell and back for each other

Bo was offered a contract from what I understand was around the 7.5 mill per year, he turned it down so he chose to leave. There is no way in hell this management group should be giving him anymore than $7.5M. Everyone says how great a captain he is but I simply don't see it.

Im not saying it is or isn't about money, I'm not privy to what's going on. I was asking what the max limit is ?? What's acceptable?. What if its only about money and Bo keeps turning them down?? Then what does management do??

Give me a break! He's the best player we have. Don't be stupid Jim! Let's get rid of Boeser or Demko. They have both peaked and are both simply deadwood that is bringing this team down. I would invest in some truckloads of smelly salts because these guys don't seem to give a f*ck about being ready for games and just playing the "get the puck to the center zone" game. Jim and Bruce need to be more aggressive with the players. DON'T PLAY PLAYERS THAT CAN'T CUT IT! Bring up some younger players to try and invigerate some energy. I would sit Boeser, Myers, and any other ineffective players that are lazy or make stupid passes or take ridiculous penalties!
I hear Bo turned $8 million down, what do you think is fair value for him? Should they just throw whatever he wants at him?
