Rich Swann has been charged with kidnapping/false imprisonment and battery – touching and striking in relation to the incident, which started with an argument betwen him and his wife of nine months, Su Yung. WWE suspended Swann after news broke.

  3. And a bill that's supposed to add $1 trillion dollars to the deficit. All these Republicans/Conservatives who whined about Obama and he what did to the deficit have proven to be absolutely full of s**t and giant hypocrites. Party & donors before country.
  4. No, the tape could certainly not be a fake, since Trump admitted that he said the things on the tape. "Anyone who knows me knows these words don't reflect who I am. I said it, I was wrong and I apologize," Trump said in a video statement he released on his social media accounts that evening.
  5. On Wednesday morning, President Donald Trump retweeted three videos purportedly showing Muslims committing acts of violence against Christians. He did so despite the fact that the videos came from a far-right, anti-Muslim group in Britain and remain unverified. Which is all beside the point, according to White House press secretary Sarah Sanders. "Whether it is a real video, the threat is real," Sanders told reporters Wednesday morning. "That is what the President is talking about, that is what the President is focused on is dealing with those real threats, and those are real no matter how you look at it." When pressed on the difference between the videos being real or fake, Sanders replied, "I'm not talking about the nature of the video. I think you're focusing on the wrong thing. The threat is real, and that's what the President is talking about."

Was finally able to watch last weeks NXT and man, what a beauty of a match between Gargano & Pete Dunne. 10 minutes of fantastic wrestling. Johnny Wrestling is just such an amazing babyface.

Yeah I'm pretty stoked for the NXT show. Although: Triple H revealed on today's conference call that there will be no roof on the War Games structure on Saturday. So essentially this has nothing to do with War Games and is just a double cage match. This is probably just the bitter old man nostalgia in me, but the point of War Games was to have the bitter rivals enclosed in the rings to keep all of the action and violence in the ring! The only issue I recall was that the bigger/taller wrestlers could practically touch the roof which resulted in Sid Vicious power bombing Brian Pillman, who hit the top of the cage, onto his neck and nearly paralyzing the guy. Having said that, NXT usually puts on great shows so I still have high expectations for this.

Owens & Zayn have been sent home from the European Tour due to detrimental conduct (not sure if this is a work) ORIGINAL: According to PWinsider, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were sent home from the Smackdown side of the ongoing WWE European tour following last night's WWE Smackdown tapings. There is no specific reason given for why they were sent home (the site notes unspecified varying reports), but multiple sources within WWE have confirmed the pair was sent back to the United States today. UPDATE: Sports Illustrated has a couple of new details on Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens being sent home from the European tour. According to the outlet, Owens and Zayn were sent home for disciplinary reasons for “conduct deemed detrimental” to the company. Specifically, they were sent home due to “going into business for themselves” on Tuesday’s episode of Smackdown. SI also says that Vince McMahon approved the decision to send the two home. Owens and Zayn appeared in the opening segment of Smackdown and traded barbs with Shane McMahon before Zayn was booked in a match with Kofi Kingston, which Kingston won. UPDATE 2: Pro Wrestling Sheet has new details on why Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens were sent home from the tour. The situation relates specifically to after the Zayn vs. Kofi Kingston match, when Owens attacked Kingston after the latter won the match. According to the site, Owens and Zayn were supposed to feed for New Day during that post-match segment — i.e., get fended off by New Day in order to get a pop for the babyfaces. Instead, Owens and Zayn quickly bailed out from the ring. The outlet notes that New Day was left waiting and the segment seemed to end awkwardly, with the sound crew not playing anyone’s music due to the two going “off-script.” PWS reports that according to several sources, Owens and Zayn have been slightly hard to work wtih and seem unhappy. Both were close with fired writer Jimmy Jacobs, as well as Neville who reportedly gone after walking out of the company. -------------------------------- As much as I love the two, if this is all true and not a work, then that what Zayn & Owens did was pretty unprofessional and chose the wrong way to do business.

It was a boring overbooked overlong nonsensical clusterf**k. A major disappointment all around. Balor/Styles was great though. Asuka/Emma entertained me and the 205 Live tag match was surprisingly good as well.

We get Kurt Angle wrestling, no Wyatt or Reigns and get Balor vs Styles?!? Viral Meningitis for WWE Superstar of the year!

I've been contemplating that for awhile now. I mainly keep it around for the WWE PPV's (mainly Wrestlemania & the Rumble) & NXT, but the product has been awful lately (Raw mostly) and I find that watching PPV's has been more of a chore lately than usual. Plus, with Mania rumored to be Reigns vs Lesnar & Mahal vs Cena, that card is already sounding awful. There's other ways around watching the product and and at this point I would rather take the money I am spending and buy an NJPW subscription. But man oh man, heel Zayn is awesome and watching him and Owens together has been a treat. I just love that Smackdown is 2 hours. It feels like a breeze watching that as opposed to the 3 hour Raw.

I was okay with the PPV. The New Day/Usos match was amazing and a candidate for match of the year. Shane/Owens was too long and slow in some spots, but it was decent for the most part. Roode/Ziggs had so much potential but I think Ziggs is phoning it in now. But yeah, the Jinder stuff is just now infuriating. The guy just isn't a good wrestler, his matches are all the same and he has zero charisma. He should be waking up every morning saying "Thank god WWE is venturing into India". Truth be told Nakamura hasn't looked very motivated and didn't look good either, but can you blame him for having to job to Jinder.
