  1. Third period and OT have to go down as one of the worst 24 minute stretches in Edler's career. Brutal on 3 goals. Caught totally flat footed on two of them. Did he really think Hossa was going to try to go around him? Bad enough most of the team didn't have a clue how to hold a lead, but then your most veteran and apparently #1 D-man plays like a deer caught in the headlights.
  2. I do get tired of constantly hearing he has "offensive upside". UHHHHHHH Not too likely at this point. Seriously, couldn't he spend a Summer shooting pucks to at least get his shot up to NHL level?

  4. Personally I'm OK with this, but was really hoping for Dave Lowry.
  5. Ironic, since he likely never saw the PP as a player
  6. Relocate to your TV room, you'll be a lot happier.
  7. Wasn't Buffalo his change of scenery? Punk.
  8. Laughable seeing how many still refer to Hamhuis as "great". Too small, not physical enough anymore, and pretty much lacking in offensive production...If his only redeeming quality is his BC birthplace, that's a sad reason to keep him.
  9. He never has, nor ever will, have a "terrific" season. The fact he still is in the lineup while Pedan is being played at LW instead of getting some development in these meaningless games is an effing joke.
  10. Based on that thinking, how the hell to you project Vey to be on the team next year? Talk about undeserving.
  11. I haven't heard Willie say Etem will definitely be on the team next year, and I would be very surprised if he actually said that. Here's my take on Etem. He has a number of very positive attributes - speed, size, grit, pretty good on the forecheck, shows some offensive creativity. Because of that some team is always going to see his potential and think maybe they are the team to bring it out. The Canucks are already the third team that have thought this. But despite all those positives and possibilities, when it comes down to it he has 4 goals in 54 games this year. There comes a time when you have to get beyond the potential and actually do something..
  12. Even in the off chance all three of those options were available, what dream world are you in to think all or any would come here?
  13. UHHHHHH No.
  14. " Compared to his performance over the years, his salary is a pittance. " Uh, no.
  15. HUH? What don't you understand?
