  1. I'll probably go. This sale is more apparel-oriented. The equipment sale was a few months ago. They'll still have some equipment, but if you have the time and are in the area it's cool to check out. You'll probably find a t-shirt or two that you don't need but only cost $5 each.
  2. Yep. Good thing the Canucks have had so many colours over the years!
  3. The idea was that coloured jerseys are more identifiable. Every team has whites. Not every team is green, or red, or blue, etc. Boiled down, the league just wanted more jersey sales.
  4. From what I've read, the sensor is the same as the Pixel. Obviously it doesn't have the software/hardware that the Pixel does, but perhaps an encouraging fact?
  5. The Priv keyboard is NOWHERE as good as the BB keyboards you're used to. It has little travel distance and the device isn't very balanced so it feels weird when it's slid out The keyboard shortcuts you're used to on older BB keyboards (caps lock, num lock) don't work on Android. I absolutely hated trying to use caps lock or num lock. The sliding mechanism feels quite awkward The device is pretty bulky and can run hot if you're using it for a while If you like the Passport, I highly recommend you give the KeyOne a whirl when it comes out. The Priv doesn't cut it for a hardcore keyboard user.
  6. My understanding is that TBL wants another offensive NHL ready dman. They have Koekkoek (sp) coming up so I don't see them looking for Tanev.
  7. I had the Priv for about two weeks. I got it during the Black Friday sale when it cost $399. I returned it because it was just awkward. I'm used to Android now and BB10 isn't going to be improved, so at some point you gotta move on. If you're considering the Priv, I'd certainly give it a whirl for a few weeks but make sure you have the possibility of returning it because it might not be what you think. The KeyOne will certainly come at a premium, which is pretty ridiculous, but given there is nothing else on the market that is similar to it, I'll bite. The PKB is the most important thing for me.
  8. Wow bumping 8+ months later... http://mobilesyrup.com/2017/04/27/blackberry-keyone-preorder-may-18-canada/ Anyone getting this?
  9. Let's get Grabner back while we're at it.
  10. Are we talking Kassian or Ferland?
  11. Hot Rod
  12. That's all you needed to say.
  13. I'd also rather an alternate jersey that is not the same colour as the home jerseys. What about something like the Utica greens with Johnny Canuck........?
  14. Would not go well with the current interest in the Canucks. I went to the jersey unveiling in 07-08 (I know...I know) and there were a decent amount of people there. Imagine that this offseason!
  15. That's fair. If you saw a $50 bill on the ground and nobody around, would you take it? The tickets are paid for and those that are holding the tickets decided not to come. I am a polite person and usually ask the people beside the seats if they mind us sitting there and I have never had an issue. Pretty insane when you think about it that way. Think the Aquilinis will repay Canucks fans in a similar manner?
