Edler will NOT take a home town discount, why would he? I guess if he was willing to sign for Six million for 1 year at a time we might keep him, if he really wanted to get to 1ooo games. I could see him saying to the Canucks, "look, I want to get to 1k games, let me play 1 last year here and I will retire" but hockey is a business. I hope you are right and he plays 1 more year to get to 1k. But assume he also has to be healthy.

Would be nice to see, but no chance of it IMO. He is done after this season. He will end up in the ROH either way. No chance of his jersey being retired though.

I just watched all first 3 seasons again for the second time. When you watch it the 2nd time around, you realize that Chuck is actually the good guy and Jimmy is the bad guy. Chuck does nothing wrong, other than not supporting his brother to become a lawyer, but that's because Chuck knows Jimmy is unethical and won't treat the law seriously (which, ultimately Jimmy proves to be true). But the first time I watched it though, I absolutely hated Chuck and couldn't stand him. Funny how that changed.

Ghostsof1915 I am sure you mean well, but WWF is a joke of a charity. Only about 65 cents of every dollar spent actually goes to the cause, and even then, I am sure that 65 cents is wasted pumping out propaganda about polar bears and how they are starving (when, in fact, they are plump and happy). Maybe next time you can go to the store and buy some fish, and bring it up the polar bears yourself? Of course the polar bears probably wouldn't be interested in it... they are too full from all the seal meat.

Even when presented with proof (via a Washington Times article) that polar bears are fatter and happier than ever, one chooses to believe what they were brought up to believe no matter what. LOL you guys are being manipulated. There's no polar bear crisis. In fact, Polar Bears are so fat and so plentiful that there's TOO MANY polar bears! Here's a Washington Times article from August 25, 2017... it talks about how the polar bears are so fat and happy and plentiful that the global warming hippies have had to find another mascot to use, because Polar bears are all so fat!

Who cares about 1 starving polar bear. He is probably starving because he was sick, not because of global warming. Proof of this is all the other big fat polar bears out there. Don't let the global warming propaganda fool you. Also, what about the 20,000 starving children every day? In Africa there's kids dying right now with their bones showing and ribcages showing who have no food and no clean water. Yet the media chooses to focus on a single sick polar bear. This is why the media is a joke. Don't be blinded, open your eyes and see the truth.
