It's only one game, but the Canucks definitely look better than last year. Especially defensively, I think our struggles may be more offensively. Hopefully I'm wrong. Miler looked great. I love the look of the Sedin-Eriksson line. And poor guy, in his regular season debut with the Canucks ends up scoring an own goal , but he made up for it by assisting on the Sedin goal. Good start, but don't get too overexcited. We're only 1 game in.

I don't really "hate" any Canucks. I can appreciate that they all put on the jersey and played for us. However, the only player I flat out loathe is Mark Messier. That guy single-handily killed our franchise for a good 2-3 years, and didn't do jack all in his short time here, not to mention he had the nerve to demand money from us a couple years ago, rightfully or not. A couple coaches that I don't like are Torterella- Do I need to explain why? This guy proves that his tough love philosophy doesn't make a great team in the new NHL That season was agonizing to watch. Team USA in the World Cup is another good example of that. Mike Keenan- **** this guy. He got rid of Trevor Linden, the heart and soul of this franchise and we entered years of mediocrity with the other douchebag I listed, Messier.

Honestly I'm okay with these deals. A little overpayment, but I think it'll work out. Sbisa is still young and may develop into a solid top 4 d-man in the next few years, and even he doesn't he is not protected from a trade. Classic CDC screaming for Benning's head.

The Hobbit: Battle of Five Armies. 5/10 -Without a doubt the weakest of the three installments. Too much action, stretched to the hilt material and that stupid elf/dwarf love story that made no sense what so ever. This series should have been 2 movies at the very most. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 1. 2/10. - This was a gigantic waste of time. I found myself nodding off and saying to my boyfriend, when is this going to be over? It just drags... and drags.. and drags. Just awful.
