Why do people want to get rid of character players ? Burrows has worked his tail off to get to where he is. Everyday he shows up to play 100%, guys like that you don't get rid of.

Hard to say really with only a few fights being shown, still another 8 to go next week.

Browning was spent, had Aguilera continued on and not worried about his "looks" he may well have won that fight. Browning admitted he was out of shape and glad that it ended when it did. His attitude and the way he holds himself reminds me a lot of CB Dollaway <--- spelling usure of ???

Ed Herman won that fight, rounds 1 and 3 were his. Don't understand the scoring some days with the judges. Alexander is a joke of a fighter. Danzig tried, but Guida knew he was toast outside of the "phonebooth", but yeah a bit of a snoozer. As for Diaz, man that guy is slick and gets out of trouble with ease. Good fight for him.

Liddell didn't lead with his face. His stance has always been the half open style which leads to him always being exposed with every right that he throws. Evans is the faster fighter and caught Liddell with a very nice bomb.

I don't think so. That would be waaaay too much to cut for him to fight at 185 all the time. I believe during the fight against Irvin, Rogan said Silva walks around the 200 - 210 range.

Henderson is at best was on the down swing of his career when he fought Silva. Had this fight happened 4 years ago, yeah maybe it might have been something. Nate Marquardt is an average fighter Travis Lutter is a bum James Irvin is average also. Sure Silva jumped weight classes, but remember Silva walks around normal at 200 - 210, and cuts weight to make it to 185.

Yes I did see the fights. GSP dominated Fitch every round. GSP beat Koscheck at his own game of wrestling. To me both = dominance

Well both fighters aren't what they were when they first fought. Both have gotten bigger, better, faster, stronger. I don't know if Penn can hang with GSP now ? The way GSP has walked through his last 4 fights is crazy dominance. I think it will be a 2nd or 3rd round tap-out of Penn. GSP will remain the champ

I'd rather see Urijah Faber vs. BJ Penn. That would be something else I would think. I haven't seen nearly as much Faber, but from what I have seen the kid is crazy tough and can bang with the best of them.

I think that BJ should fight Fitch first and the winner of that can have a title shot. That way BJ can earn some "respect" albeit only 1 fight, but at least it would be against the former # 1 contender. And if Fitch wins, he deserves another shot and BJ can go cry somewhere.

The Jays still need Halladay. Any good team has that one ACE. Marcum and McGowan aren't ready to be that ACE yet. Halladay is still pretty young, only 30 I believe this year. With a few more steady bats, this team could very well be a playoff contender. JP needs to go like 2 years ago.

True Glenn did play better last game. The biggest reason is because Roberts touched the ball over 30 times and rushed for over 100 yards. I would like to have Roberts, wanna trade ? Smith for Roberts ?
Love the Jays, hate JP Riccardi though. That guy needs to leave and let actual baseball minds take over. Sorry, but the last straw was releasing Reed Johnson and keeping Stewart. And Gibb -
To be honest I don't understand why Roberts wasn't touching the ball a lot more than he was. Talk about a player not being used right. Even if you don't hand off to him, dump screens. Get the ball into your best players hand. As for Glenn, well for you I hope he gains back some sort of form from last year. I see now that you are a Seahawks, and Blue Jays fan also ?!?! Nic
