Snowing in Nanaimo! Light flurries but the driveway has been covered in about 30 mins. yay!

In Nanaimo we are expected to get A LOT of snow this coming week. I'm so excited!

I think we got about at least 3-4 inches. Its still coming down beautifully too. But they are the smallest flakes possible. I wonder if its enough to shutdown campus?

This has been disappointing. We only got light flurries for an hour here, hardly anything. I hope we get a whole bunch while I am asleep!

Very light flurries here in Nanaimo. We have a snowfall warning of 5-10 cms excpected to fall by tomorrow morning. WOOOOOO!! Hopefully the campus gets shut down. That would be beyond awesome.

It's pretty well recognized that the dry cold of Calgary and further east is not nearly as "cold" as the wet cold that we face here. You can pretty much do anything in the dry cold, so please. Here in Nanaimo we might get 2-4 cms again tomorrow. I surely hope so!
