Ah, how often I have read this thread with a tinge of jealousy, thinking of friends in BC, enjoying the beautiful, crisp, white snow. It never snows in London (England) and as a result we have a wonderfully romantic view of a snow-covered vista.
Then, this morning - what do you know - SNOW!
And I remember what a pain in the butt it is. It's not even settled (nor is it going to) and everyone is freaking out about the weather, panicking about how they're going to get home and bemoaning the fact they left their scarves and hats at home.
If it snowed here once like it snows in Canada, the place would grind to a halt.
