  1. Kindl for Higgins? Then waive Weber?
  2. Willie must of spoken to Hutton recently and told him that he is doing a "real good" job on the defensive side and that he has now has permission to take more offensive risks.
  3. With the season almost half over I figured we should check out how the former Canucks are doing so far: Dale Weise and Brad Richardson are having pretty good seasons, while Connauton seems to becoming an NHL regular. Roberto and Cory are neck and neck statswise this year.
  4. Tanev was questionable to play yesterday and Willie thought that Weber would be the best insurance policy if Tanev wasn't able to play the full game. Willie wants to ease Pedan into more playing time and if Tanev wasn't able to play the full the game then Pedan would have been thrown into more minutes than Willie feels comfortable or it would have caused more strain on the other defencemen who would have to cover Tanev's minutes. Is Weber a good defencemen? Not really but Willie know what Weber can do and what to expect. Willie likes to ease in the younger players and he thought it was premature to scratch Weber over Pedan at the moment.
  5. What are the current defence pairings, while Corrado is with the Canucks?
  6. Why did the rangers get such a bad playoff schedule? It seems like they have more back to back games than any other team.
  7. The league forbids him from talking about other teams player in the public, and he will get fines. There is nothing to gain by admitting what players are injured and what their injuries are, or else they will be targets. Admitting that you will ask players to waive their NTC's will cause free agents to reconsider playing here, and will make current players worried about being traded instead of focusing on playing. A lot of his job is negotation, which means he would be at a disadvantage if he reveal his hand, strategy, or what players he is targeting. There is no point in firing Gillis since whoever replaces him will have to retool or rebuild and usually those GM's who take on sinking boats usually get fired right before the team becomes successful again. (ex: Nonis, Burke, Tallon, etc)
  8. We also have to make sure we don't put our expectations too high. When former Cancuk Byron Ritchie played in the WHL he had 106 points in 66 games during the 1995-96 season, and then had 126 points in 63 games in the 1996-97 season. Yes goaltending back than is subpar compared to todays standard, but we should still lower our high expectations.
  9. How did Dalpe do last game? This is his chance to show he can be in the top 9.
  10. Did you know that Roy looks like the Govenor from The Walking Dead
  11. Probably the same reason I put a disc into you, press your power button, sit back and press your buttons for hours. While staring at something on top of you, for hours.

But then again I don't know why you read this comment.

  12. Why'd I read your signature?:(

  13. Banned cause this thread is too long to read it all.
