How can Mike Gillis be allowed to do anything today if he does I'll never know. He should be sacked immediately for what has happened with the Luongo fiasco. To give away two starting goalies for a 9 th pick an AHL goalie and a journeyman center is not even laughable.Instead of calling Dale Tallon first thing Monday morning to beg for him to take Bobby Lou after what must have been an ultimatum to get me out of here! Should have been a resignation letter to the Mr Aquilini. Torts should follow. What a mess! That is the worst management coach decision making ever. Holy Mike Keenan's................ I will not turn on a Canuck Game until those two clowns are gone! All we can hope is the NHL does another realignment and puts Vancouver in a division with Calgary and 2 new expansion teams in Seattle and Portland and Edmonton so at least we won't finish dead last for the next 5 years. If Gillis is allowed to stay around with the 2 headed monster Tortorella to rebuild this team then good luck to you all because I will be a fan of someother team probably Florida now. I have been pretty happy with the moves Torts has made this year but not starting Louie in such an important game as you said was both classless and stupid. Twice this year you have started Lack over Louie in supposed big games both times we have lost. I have to ask what are you thinking.Lack is the backup whether we go 7 rounds in the shootout or has 2 back to back solid efforts. He is not your bread and butter guy. Now you've put Luongo in a very embarrassing spot that a veteran proven classy guy does not deserve to be. Again the Canuck organization has crap the bed with a classless move that will be the laugh of all the league. Good luck trying to get in the playoffs this last move will serve as the last straw for this team making to the post season.U guys might as well trade Kesler and give Luongo away and any other guys we have that have served us for so many years well. For the life of me I don't understand the idiots in this town.Have any of you fools looked at Lous carrer stats.He has an ove 92% save avg in his career.Many of those years in florida where he faced 50 shots per game and still recorded 6-8 shutouts per year. Goalies have bad days but the Canucks defence is highly over rated in terms of defensive talent it is mostly offence. Feed Cory to the wolves like the complacent Canucks have Luongo.Take a look at the scoring chances we give up vs shots on goal ratio.Before you chase the best goalie we've ever had out of town just think how you will feel and bitch and moan if he's gone and we are left with Cory Schneider who has had one 25 game good season and Eddie lack when we could still have a guy who craves to play 75 games per year but has been harnessed back because of fatigue.Really folks it's a team game not a one man show.You idiots know nothing about TEAM and goaltending. You can't judge a goalie soley on a playoff run where the coach changes goalies to shake up a complacent team that bailed because it's physically weak and hasn't the stuff to get there not Lous fault he has single handedly won us more games than we deserved and it wasn't solid team play that got us the Presidents trophy this year it was Lou keeping us under 2 goals per game from the big Boston victory on. Think about it.
