    Car broke down...ex came and replaced the battery for me, but the fuel filter also needed replacing.  Borrowed my brother's truck to drive to work while that was being replaced, backed into a pillar and took out the taillight (plastic cover only, but of course the entire thing has to be replaced).  A week in Deb's world.

      Exactly.  I always think of that side of things when I hit bumps in the road...that there are a lot of people out there on their own, with no one to turn to.  I have a good job, family and friends.  So not much to worry about in a big picture way.

      Except I can say that I had to take transit for a day...and would rather ride a three legged buffalo to work than do that again.  Packed in like sardines.
