    Unpopular opinion: Steroids should be legal for all sports. If it’s legal for everyone it’s a level playing field. This would take sports to a whole new level!!

      Surprised at how many would be ok with this.

       

      Why would you want to watch an unbalanced, unhealthy playing field?  

       

      I mean, it would be linda funny what some of the sad athletes would resort to. 

      Russle up some horse steriods, get jacked to 400lbs and break backs everytime you body check. That is when youre not injured from your ligaments/tendons not being able to keep up with the unnatural muscle growth.

      What about other performance enhancers? line of coke on the bench before a shift...

       

      It's cheating and where would it stop? an arms race between athletes, they would have to to keep up and do more than the next person, compete otherwise lose their livelyhood. Which would result in health isssues. Nevermind that they are role models and will impact our youth in a bad way.

       

      Too many short cuts these days.

      Instead, put in the work, fight hard and true.

      Old country has some gems but on the whole the genre has never been so bad as these days. Every second artist is like watered down Nickelback. Cookie cutter clones with bedazzled jeans, same fake accent and rock guitar.

    Hockey players have such boring nicknames these days. It’s all Millsy, Petey etc. They just don’t put any thought into them anymore. It’s sad. I realize there are a few exceptions, like The Kuz Missile, but most are boring.

      These days are pretty good.

      Chaos Giraffe is one of the best nicknames of all time and WiFi is also up there.

      I like McJesus too, makes me chuckle.

      Thanks. i do know a bit. WSET3 is sommlier level wine schooling.

      I understand your concern about plastic and it's valid.  However, I have read that they have come a long way.

      Also its not for wines that are stored for a long time.

      In my world Corona is fizzy yellow stuff, I dont consider it much of a beer at all. 

       

      I rarely drink anymore as I'm a health nutter now. But I do miss my days running the shops sampling every single product we carried.

      Here i go again.

      There are a lot of really good things about tetra packs/ boxed wine.

       

      You wont get 'corked' wine. It is estimated by sommolier friends of mine that one in every case of wine is corked. At least. 

      Modern tetra packs are good at preventing light and oxygen contamination. Just like beer. Wines in cans can be good for the same reason. The wine last longer in tetra pack too...


      This does not apply to wines that need to age. Just the ready to drink stuff.

       

      There are lots of articles out there talking about it if you are interested...

      Cans are mini kegs. They are better. 

       

      Also, never drink beer out of the container if you are looking for best quality...can or bottle. Pour it into the proper glass so you can get the aroma's ( big part of flavour)  etc... 

       

      I may sound like a snoot here but it's because I have my WSET3 and was a director of a liquor store group for a decade.

      Bottles are bad.

       

      Light and air contamination can occur. Also, less durable and heavier for transport.

      It's why the industry is going more and more to cans.

      What an interesting year. I'm surprised.

       

      My main went up $720k

      Rental went up $70k.

       

      They are across the street from each other. My primary is on the water with 1.7 acres but I was not expecting such a jump. 

      Not looking forward to the land taxes.
