Thanks. Yes, I have seen that article before. Linked it in one of the threads, I think during a discussion on college free agents but it was a while back.
Interesting that Gaudette’s current stats would put him right at the top of that overall chart. His strong play to close out the season has brought him up to 1.65 points per game (basically the same as Aston-Reese) but a year younger and in his junior season versus senior.
Some interesting names on there for potential targets on this year’s undrafted NCAA free agent list.

What happened to Pascal Laberge? His production has fallen right off since his draft year. I thought he looked awesome at the Top Prospects game in his draft year.

Kid’s definitely been to hell and back the last few years. I don’t know if he’s ever gonna become the player people hoped, but I’m rooting for him.
If interested, check out the article Laberge wrote for the Player’s Tribune. There’s also an interview he gave this year about the concussion. And this is a pretty good recent prospect report on him.

What hasn’t happened to this poor kid the last few years? Stepmom died suddenly of cancer, dad got prostate cancer (he’s ok now), mom has MS. And then he gets a concussion from a dirty hit, has months of serious PCS symptoms, and goes through the long road back of headaches and sleep issues. Apparently he’s finally feeling good now (physically and mentally), but given what he’s gone through, the production issues aren’t too surprising.

What's on my mind? Other than the Cup Final, I'm thinking about Jannik Hansen's RFA status and hoping, once the playoffs are over, the Canucks get a deal done ASAP

It's all making sense now: First Round = 7 Games, Second Round = 6 games, so therefore we should get 3rd Round = 5 games, 4th Round = 4 games.

This has all been set-up to test our faith and patience. We started out with a seven game series versus Chicago that took fans from fist-pumping overconfidence to TV-smashing rage to sobbing, ugly-cry, snot bubbles, to cursing the heavens, to SLAYING THE DRAGON.
