    1000 piece catering event. Found out about it 24 hours ago....Challenge accepted. Samosas, coconut crusted prawns, surf and turf skewers, scallop & prawn skewers, beef sliders with tomato mayo, tuna sliders with avocado/wasabi mayo, pulled beef poutine, cocnut crab cakes... Good god.

      They only ate like half the food and then said they were stuffed and could barely move. Keep this in mind when you host/organize an event. You will ALWAYS order too much food. #WastedEfforts
