Nope. The contents were fine, just the box it came in. to be more clear it is the box/case the product comes in before amazon puts it in the cardboard box for shipping.

Cool. The mroe I read the more I tend to stay clear of the Swiss brands. Apparently the Japanese make some solid watches though. I am really starting to like Sieko.

My wife got it for me as a gift about 10 years ago. I've replaced the batteries a couple of times, but it still looks and runs great.

Yea, p90x should be good by the sounds of it then. Do a bit of weights too to keep the muscles there...it's all a balance. Btw I interpreted what you said, you just want to slim down and not add too much muscle so the program you'll do will he solid. Strict gym = overly big and not functional...if anything, body workouts with weights are the best, and I know this from experience. Wish you luck and hope you can reach your goal
