Hitchhiking is apparently illegal in Ontario, as is walking on the side of the highway. I was hitchhiking home and a couple of officers rolled up to me, informed me that I couldn't do it and drove me off the highway. I didn't want to risk being arrested/given a citation, so I just got a bus!
I'm 7 hours from my destination.
