sorry i disagree  i hope benning gets a pick or two for him we can resign him july 1st if he really wants to play in van  its not like we are beating hawks kings lightning or caps in playoffs 

it will all come down to what dan wants and what the team wants...i believe danny might not want to uproot his family for a few months and then come back for next year...family is most important to dan, not money...if the canucks ask him to wave, he might, ...i heard, la, dallas and washington might be interested...fans already have decided what benning has to get for him...i don't think teams will give up a first for a rental..it could happen, but, a 2nd and a body maybe....again, benning will do what's best for the player and the team...i don't think he will worry what cdc thinks....i know, i wouldn't.

JB would go insane if he worried about the plethora of varying opinions held and offered by our CDC GM crew.
