  1. Very surprised Vilardi fell so far. I guess his skating was that big of an issue.
  2. #5 overall, Tanev and CBJ's 2nd rounder to NJD for 1st overall and Beau Bennett Than Green can call out "Bo Beau's line next"
  3. Whoever is available at #5 in this order please. Vilardi Glass Makar Mittlestadt pettersen
  4. That Penn and Teller skit was brilliant. Ugh. I turned the channel after that.
  5. When did Fraser ref in the league?
  6. Brashear Bertuzzi Craig Cox Tiger Williams Rick Rypien Those five guys would destroy any 15 guys at any bar in Vancouver
  7. There have been a ton players that suited up at the junior A level and have gone on the have excellent NHL careers. Duncan Kieth, Paul Kariya, Ray Ferraro, Brett Hull, Rod Brind'Amour, Anson Carter, Danias Zubrus, Willie Mitchell, Travis Zajac, Andre Cogliano, Kyle Turris, Jamie Benn, Justin Schultz, Colton Parayko, just to name a few. The league is better than most people think. A lot of these players were just not big enough to play major junior and didn't really fill out until after a few years at college. I'm sure guys like Makar, Jost and Turris would have been difference makers in major junior too but took the college route just in case. If Glass and Vilardi are gone by 5 then go with a Dmen
  8. Does anyone know if Dahlin and Peterson played in the same line this past year. If so, how was their on ice chemistry?
  9. It's not like Nashville is short on celebrities.
  10. Eminem keeping the Pens within striking distance.
  11. So bringing in a basketball guy to fill an intermission spot is the best sportsnet can do?
  12. You only give up those draft positions for an established NHL star or a chance to pick a player who can turn your franchise around. ( Laine, Eichel, Seguin, Hedman, Malkin.) This draft does not look like there are any of those types of players at the number 2 slot
  13. I watched 3 of the Spitfires Mem cup games and was impressed by his forchecking and playmaking abilities. Saw him make some ridiculous steals in the offensive zone and turn them into scoring chances. If we get to the podium and both Vilardi and Glass are still available? Either or will suit me just fine. Glass was the best 5vs5 ranked centerman and Vilardi could be our answer on the left side half wall pp set up man we desperately need. if Colorado wants a number one dman really bad? They could easily trade #4 and Duchene for that top pairing dman they need. Too bad we don't have a number one dman to offer them.
  14. Ouch. All they need is one shot.
