Saturn is a Gas Giant, it has the second highest winds in the solar system (1800 kph), ammonium hydrosulfide, hydrogen and helium. The atmosphere is 37.0 miles deep. It's a rocky core 25,000 km wide, and then surrounded by a layer of metallic hydrogen, then liquid hydrogen, then gas.
So I'm pretty sure between the winds, and wild chemical composition it will be torn apart long before it reaches the surface.

Yeah you're completely right. I worded that quite poorly. Even after it breaks apart into bits it will never hit the surface. It'll just be shooting the breeze up there.
But, I think what it does before that is the point. There will be some interesting pictures and data that hopefully make it back.
