Finally just got my power back. It's been a long long few days. Wasn't able to save anything from the fridge or freezer. :-(
And if I ever see a can of tuna again I'm gonna lose it.
Jurassic World 8/10
It was lots of fun and totally kept me engaged. Some cheesy parts but expected some. Enjoyed all the smashy smashy.
The only thing I didn't like were the product placements. There were just far too many. I'm not sure why that bothered me but it did - certain drinks, cars... Even frikkin pandora popped up.
OMG.
Heartbreaking. The death toll may be so much worse than the first one as so many people have been displaced by the first one... And so many structures must be weakened if not already rubble.
Watched Boyhood last night.
7.5/10.
Was interesting. Well done, well acted mostly. Was neat to watch the kid grow up. Yes, I said neat. Found it slow in parts and was a bit too long for me at almost 3 hrs.
Overall a solid movie!
The Heat w Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy.
6.5/10
Was pretty silly but got some good laughs. Like at the beginning when McCarthy is chasing a drug dealer and she can't catch up to him so she picks up a watermelon and hurls it at him. God, I laughed.
I went to 5 games w my dad and some with my mom this season. They would absolutely not go if people in the north end were standing all game and blocking any of their view.
Went to the Dallas game. Was so dissapointed.
Watched the Sounders game and was dissapointed in the effort again.
I've noticed a few times where Miller is whining to the ref with his hands in the air while the play goes right past him. I hope he can stop pulling a Kesler and start actually playing the game.
