Proficient writers of CDC, I'm applying for a not-for-profit position. In listing related experiences on a resume, what word would be suitable in place of "the people who directly benefit from your work done"? My HR friend said "beneficiary" isn't appropriate in this context as it's more insurance-related, so I've been researching but haven't had a good alternative.
