Agreed, well written & insightful. The question is who would the Canucks name as the new Captain? I hate to sound superstitious but I believe only one European Captain has ever won the Stanley Cup (Lidstrom 08), the vast majority have been Canadians.

So, what other Canadian on the Canucks could wear the "C"?
