  1. Most talented 3 canucks - alltime / SURPRISE

Better then most NHL players today, how long was hanks iron man streak? They may have handled it better the the guys in the 80's with their fitness level that is in the top % of the league. I don't think you can win this one?
  2. Most talented 3 canucks - alltime / SURPRISE

They were also playing vs players with wooden sticks and stand up goalies. Goals per game is goals per game, sorry. How do you think Danny would do shooting on goalies from the 80's?
  3. Most talented 3 canucks - alltime / SURPRISE

Tanti and gradin pleaded when the average goals per game was around 4 per.... The twins are playing at a time where it's 2.68, that's almost double goals per game, this topic is done sorry. When you you calculate average goals per game and what they have done they are without question the best Canucks to have ever played for us.
  4. Feedback and Bugs

I'm having an issue (on iPhone) that evrey time I open a topic it takes me to the first page even if I'm past the page or even posted on a later page. Frustrating to find your way to where you left off evrey time, is this a setting issue?
  5. I don't think the succession that we had with the goalies was intentional, other then moving lack on. MG was stumbling blindly and grasping at straws.
  6. Burrows? Do We Really Need Him?

? Really?? Sometimes when you fall you don't choose where or how you fall. It looked like he wasn't aware that the goalie was out so far and he lost his balance when he made contact.
  7. Burrows? Do We Really Need Him?

    Yes we still need him.
  8. [Signing] Hurricanes re-sign Eddie Lack

You are a troll and should go back to your teams message board and stay off ours.
  9. Mike Gillis will be a GM in the league again one day.

But even so he's still managed to acquire more prospects that have top end potential then MG???
  10. Mike Gillis will be a GM in the league again one day.

Nice young core that benning inherited? In one year benning picked up more prospects then MG in his entire stint (I may be exaggerating a little). You want to start talking about inheriting? Go look at the roster MG had when he took over.
  11. I don't think I'm looking at it both ways, lack was a fan fav and could step in and play well when needed but was never that good and couldn't hold up when he had a run of games. I honestly don't see lack as a starting goalie just a backup, he could become a low end starter for someone possibly but he's never going to be great. We needed to trade a goalie and miller is a solid starter that over the course of the season will win more games then lack and also has the bennifit of being a vet that can shape markstrom. If they weren't sold as lack as our starting goalie and they had high hopes for markstrom then the only logical move is to trade lack... And yes it avoids a potential goalie controversy as well, win/win/win.
  12. So it's bad to avoid a goalie controversy? Sounds like you just like drama to me, they weren't looking at lack as a starting option and moved him... Get over it.
  13. [Trade] Canucks trade for F Brandon sutter

I know and you could add that we ended up getting a player in the trade mix, but you get my point I'm sure.
  14. [Trade] Canucks trade for F Brandon sutter

But again.... the Penguins weren't on his list so we'd be just as productive talking about what we could have got from the capitals.
  15. [Trade] Canucks trade for F Brandon sutter

He's not a great play maker but I think a large part of that was the game the pens asked him to play. He was used as a shutdown line and his line played a simple dump, chase, put the puck on net for an offensive FO so Crosby could start in the o zone. They didn't want creative plays from them just get the puck on net and force the goalie to cover it.
