  1. The Canucks are not making the playoffs.

They are a mediocre team, not bad enough to get a top 5 pick but not good enough to beat out Colorado and Dallas.

These games before Quinn Hughes arrives are going to be hard to watch..

Do the Canucks deserve to be in the Playoffs, look deep inside yourselves and admit it,THEY DO NOT!

We are still early in our rebuild, so we are slowly getting better and stocking the shelves with good young talent.Maybe this year we find ANOTHER Petterson to help us toward being a contender for the Cup.

Soon we will have enough resouces it won't matter if we have injuries because some real players are ready to step in and step up,.

That's what championship teams are all about.

Marky, Petey, Bo and Gaudette (tonight) didn't give up, why should we??

I like to look at goal differential. In terms of if teams are better than they seem or worse.

The Canucks are a mirage, If it wasn't for EP40 and Jacob Markstrom exceeding expectations and the West being so terrible at the same time is a perfect storm of sorts.

Now Stecher and Hutton have been better. There has been some incremental development.

Injuries are no excuse, they happen every year, Sutter gets hurt and Tanev always get hurt.

Edler is starting  to pick up that injury prone label as he gets up there in years now.

The players will continue to battle, that is their job. But the Canucks getting a top 10 pick would be more beneficial than finishing in 10th place in the west in the long term.
