    backed up my old phone yesterday, got my replacement today, came home to restore it and apparently it won't restore cause the "software is too old" even though it was updated, so instead it restored my old old iphone 4 backup from January. Lost everything, F%$#ing ridiculous.

      I figured it out turns out the new phones data was old I think if I updated it it will work, hopefully, fingers crossed

      @brilac I had that happen with an old ipod touch, it sucks, you could always replace that part of the phone but its kind of a hassle.

      Yeah, my iPod Touch is partially broken.  The Home button is no longer working, so I have to keep it on music now since I am unable to close from music, and if I did, I don't think I would be able to get back to it.
