  1. Go to 1:37.... "he's done in Boston?"... face palm... "i'm done in boston too" As a side note, how cool are these behind the scenes of GM meetings?!
  2. Team 1040 guys saying they got a sense Benning was not looking for a D for 33rd
  3. Why not?
  4. I based my list on us wanting another D and fill up our very weak LW depth. C is less of an issue. But yea Jaret looks good too.
  5. It really should be either of: - Hague, D - big 6' 6" defender, most had him going in first round - Robertson, LW - 6' 2" 40 G, 80 P, fills up our weak LW depth, most had him going in first round too If not, then: - Comtois, LW - Timmins, D - Ratcliffe, LW
  6. Robertson or Hague the big D. We'll fill a hole nicely with either of them!
  7. So Colorado will not pick Hague since they already got Makar (hopefully), just need Pens don't take him or trade to another defence needing team
  8. Actually updating my list: Hoping for either of: - Tolvanen, LW - Hague, D If not, then: - Robertson, LW - Kotsin, RW - Comtois, LW If not, then: - Timmins, D - Ratcliffe, LW
  9. There we go, guaranteed one of these is available at 33rd now. We'll have a decent D or some much needed decent LW considering our lack of LW depth
  10. For Canucks' 33rd pick, I'm hoping one of these are available: - Hague, D - Ratcliffe, LW - Timmins, D - Robertson, LW - Comtois, LW Just need 2 teams to take other players and we can get one of them
  11. Yes but for a rebuilding team Gaunce's potential upside is more valuable than what sbisa could offer us which is solid play over the next few years which we shoyldnt care about. I'd rather have the optionality of guance.
  12. I wouldn't do this at all. Not that I think it's unfair, just from a long-term rebuilding point of view, I don't want to give up so many prospects and picks for 1 very high pick in this draft. We're giving up two 2nd rounders AND subban. That's too many prospects & good enough picks for the stage of rebuild we're at now. I'd do the trade if it's straight up Tanev for 3rd, maybe throw in a 3rd+ round, but nothing more. It may not be enough for Dallas, but I wouldn't give up anything more. Tanev should be able to give us something valuable at trade deadline too (and no his 15 team NTC won't really be an issue).
  13. Where did you get the moving up part?! his proposal would give us 3rd and 5th, not just 3rd
  14. It's one of the best colour combos! Sucks that oilers are wearing it, but orange and blue is definitely one of my favorite combinations. See Broncos and Holland National Team jerseys. So beautiful!
  15. I just googled and found no sources for this. This would be an overly ridiculous advantage for them. They are already having a pretty big advantage over the past expansion teams considering the much lower number of protected players vs. number of expansion teams. Of course they're paying a big cheque for it too.
