  1. Bo is still the heart of this team

False? So he's not getting an MRI despite reports? Any source on that? Don't take this as me trying to call you out, I just want to know.
  2. [Injuries] Canucks 2017/18

That really sucks, he wasn't even really hit, just went in there awkwardly, if it's an MCL sprain he could be gone for the month, if it's ACL he could be gone for the season... figures.
  3. I love how youtube disables commentary for these videos.
  4. This is exactly what they do in Sweden too, there's a running joke that Sweden has the best educated taxi drivers in the world. It's one thing to let them in, it's another to integrate. IMO it's nothing but a matter of keeping wages low, I mean, heaven forbid companies should need to be competitive for once to find workers. And this is perfect for my point, if the wage gouging that has been going on for the past 30 years continues, how can people be expected to afford those things? My Dad for example was a bus driver for BC Transit and then whatever that became, Coast Mountain?, for nearly 35 years, yet his wages did not rise according to inflation. People are doing fun things cause they fell into the trap of becoming two income families... did that make us richer? Or did it allow the wealthy to hold back and gouge us even further? Now we can't simply raise children anymore because there can't always be someone at home, at least for many now, not like how it was when I was a kid. Hell I'm all for women in the workforce, I would easily have been a stay at home dad and let my wife work, we even agreed we would have done that if we could have afforded it. Now you have daycare costs on top of everything, and people can't afford to have kids anymore, having a kid is nearly like buying a new car. We're in an era where we need fewer people because menial jobs are decreasing, yet we still believe in this myth that a low birthrate is disastrous for the economy. Look at Japan for instance, they have a huge glut of senior citizens and a low birth rate, but they are letting things self adjust. Yes they went through a bad period about 10 years ago, but despite all their natural disasters seem to persist as a thriving nation. One last thing, Soros can go mmmf himself cause he's the one behind this BS.
  5. [PGT] Carolina Hurricanes vs. Vancouver Canucks

I'm hoping the fact that he was willing to go back on the ice and try likely just means something minor they didn't want to risk.
  6. [GDT] Nucks vs Canes 7:00PM (SNP/SN650)

I'm hoping the fact that Horvat was willing to go back on the ice and try means it's likely just soreness, Canucks up 3-0, no need to risk it so to speak.
  7. [GDT] Nucks vs Canes 7:00PM (SNP/SN650)

My heart can beat again, Horvat is back.
  8. Really, you think so little of Boeser? The guy is nothing but class off the ice, I doubt Kane of all people would corrupt him, nor would our leadership allow it. I'd love to have Kane, but not trade for him, nor give him Loui type money either.
  9. Rape culture, lol, I've never met a single person who joked about it or thought it wasn't a disgusting act. Made up term, easy answer to a difficult question as always. People don't want complicated solutions, they want their easy to digest hashtags so they feel they're being part of the solution when in reality they're just cheerleaders on a bandwagon.
  10. The never ending punt

Yeah Notre Dame Highschool played their home games there back in the late 90s, don't know if that's the case anymore.
  11. Jacob Markstrom | #25 | G

Meh kind of getting tired of him always letting in the first goal, a good goalie holds the fort once in a while until his team scores first.
  12. Even my dog knew that was going to happen.
  13. The never ending punt

Can't believe they let highschool kids play on fields that hard, only reason it rolled that far. I played two highscool games on turf, one at Livingstone by Rogers Arena and one in BC Place for the BC Highschool playoffs... not fun to be tackled on turf.
  14. Writing an address...

Because Paypal is dumb, it doesn't write down Canadian address properly... So I recently bought something online and I used my sisters address in Surrey, but basically Paypal decided to write the address like this... Mrs Smith 123 Fake Street Surrey BC V1A A1A Canada So is BC being on the wrong line going to do anything? I think the guy was probably smart enough to know since I know he ships to Canada a lot, but lets assume for a moment he writes it like this... will it still come?
  15. Healthy goaltending rotation or soon to be Nilsson's spot?!!

Once in a while though a goalie has to be able to hold the fort while the team gets it's s--- together, Nilsson has done that. Markstrom, not so much, and it was apparent last year as well he was good for letting in the first goal quite often as well on a weak play.
