There was an expired certificate issue that disabled all add-ons, but they SHOULD have been fixed by now. (It's fixed for me since early morning today).

Try this I had to do this. Go to the options tab, click on "Privacy & Security" scroll down until you see "Firefox Data Collection and Use" the first box available click on it so it has a check mark in it, it will then check mark the other 2 boxes there as well, the main one that needs to be on is "Allow Firefox to install and run studies", now that they are on go back to your homepage, give it a refresh, then close the Firefox down and then reopen Firefox again and then go check if the extensions are back on. If all works then you can go back to your "Privacy & Security" and unclick those boxes again so they're off, if not then just have to wait with them on until the installs come through.
