  1. Note: If a mod could move this to the Prospects Section, I would appreciate it. Pick your top 3 players for the 10th overall pick at the draft. The last choice is for the player you do not want. The following players have not been included because there is little chance of them being available at the 10th pick (based on majority of mock drafts/rankings): Jack Hughes Kaapo Kakko Bowen Byram Alex Turcotte Trevor Zegras Kirby Dach Dylan Cozens Previous Results: 2018 2017 2016 2015 2014
  2. I'm seeing people saying a lot of the same things about soderstrom that were said about hieskanen. Until people saw him play at world juniors, they were saying he wasn't dynamic or creative, and more of a safe two-way guy with low ceiling. This notion that soderstrom is not top 10 pick worthy is absurd.
  3. Great post but I think Warriors get too much credit; Suns were playing similar game when Nash was there.
  4. A little hip-check on Wise https://streamable.com/hpwm2
  5. There's not many videos of him but here's one where he has pretty strong defensive shift (13:16 - 14:22). He's #37.
  6. More of a two way puck-mover. Smart player, smooth skater and has willingness to get physical.
  7. I'm so excited; I wanted Utonen with the third round pick. This guy is legit. One of the best dman at u18.
  8. Love him but man, Canucks are so small already.
  9. Dylan Samberg or Luke Martin would be better picks for big dmen in my opinion
  10. Hague wasn't even a top 2 dman on his team. I would be wary of drafting him. edit: at 33rd, that is
  11. Don't forget about Jokiharju, Robertson, Kostin and Lipanov.
  12. yes but you made it seem like it was secondary to his decision making when I would argue it was the bigger reason he wasn't drafted higher.
  13. Karlsson's size was a big reason he did not go higher
  14. Karlsson was picked 15th not late round. He was huge riser in his draft because when people saw him they saw his elite talent. Liljegren has done nothing but fall all season. Karlsson was 5' 11 and 165lbs when he was drafted and Liljegren is 6 feet 200lbs. There was a lot more room to grow, physically, for Karlsson.
  15. Karlsson was a riser in his draft. Liljegren was ranked 3rd a year before his draft.
  16. Just because the style might be similar doesn't mean he'll have similar success. He's not as smart as Karlsson.
  17. Man ya'll need to calm down on Liljegren hype. he's not that good
