My wife and I live in Timmins, Ont. and have been to three live Canuck games, all losses. 2014, lost 2-1 in OT to San Jose (vacation planned around game) a 5-2 loss in Toronto (ouch) 2018, a 5-3 loss in Vegas (vacation planned around game) This year we are planning vacation around the Nashville and Chicago games in February. Should be great nights regardless of the outcome.

He was such a pain in the butt for us when he was in Calgary. I am SOOOO HAPPY that his is on our side now!

I am glad that finally the home game vs. Toronto is at the regular 7 p.m. start time. The Leafs regularly have the times of several western road games (five last year) set earlier for eastern broadcasts, which is an advantage to them (body clocks of players). No other team in North American professional sports gets this preferred treatment. If you think body clock timing is not a factor, ask the Canucks about kicking off an eastern road trip with a matinee game.

The one that always gets me going is when CBC forces Van to schedule a home game at 4 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. against Toronto so the Leaf fans don't have to stay up pass their bed time. Grrr.
